The Promoter
1.1. These competitions are operated by Cash Vault Competitions (the “Promoter”).
1.2. By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Competition
2.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions featured on the Promoter’s website and any associated mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
2.2. Competitions may be entered through a paid online entry method (“Online Entry Route”) or, where applicable, via a free postal entry method (“Postal Entry Route”).
2.3. Every individual who enters a competition is referred to as an “Entrant”.
2.4. International entrants are responsible for ensuring that participation in the competition complies with the laws and regulations applicable within their jurisdiction. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for unlawful participation.
How to Enter
3.1. Each competition will open and close on the dates and times displayed on the Platform.
3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend competition dates where necessary. Any changes will be communicated through the Platform.
3.3. Entries submitted outside the advertised entry period may be deemed invalid and may not qualify for a refund.

3.4. All entries must be submitted in English.
3.5. Entrants are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.
3.6. The Promoter shall not be liable for entries that are delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or not successfully received for any reason.
3.7. Entry into a competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3.8. Free postal entries may be accepted where specified by the Promoter and must comply with the entry requirements published on the Platform.
Selecting a Winner
4.1. Winners are selected using a verifiably random process.
4.2. Competitions may be drawn live or through an automated random number generation system.
4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw where necessary.
4.4. Instant Win prizes are allocated to pre-selected winning ticket numbers generated through a random process.
Draw Process
Live draws may be re-run if an unallocated or invalid ticket number is selected.
Automated draws use a random number generation process to determine winners.
Eligibility
5.1. Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or over where participation is legally permitted.
5.2. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility may be requested at any time.
5.3. Entries may be disqualified if they are incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant suspected of unfair conduct or abuse of the competition process.
5.5. Refund requests are considered at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
5.6. Only one account is permitted per household unless otherwise authorised by the Promoter.
Prizes
6.1. Prize details will be displayed on the relevant competition page.
6.2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances require.
6.3. No warranties or guarantees are provided in relation to any prize unless expressly stated.
6.4. Additional terms may apply to specific prizes and will be displayed on the relevant competition page.
6.5. Some prizes may be supplied by third-party providers.
6.6. A cash alternative may be offered at the Promoter’s discretion.
6.7. Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
Winners
7.1. The Promoter’s decision is final.
7.2. Winners may be announced publicly on the Platform and associated promotional channels.
7.3. Winners will be contacted using the details associated with their account.
7.4. Any prize not claimed within 21 days may be withdrawn and reallocated at the Promoter’s discretion.
7.5. Proof of identity may be required before a prize is awarded.
7.6. For any cash prize of £250 or more, the winner must provide a photograph and reasonable cooperation for promotional purposes, including publication on the Platform and social media channels.
7.7. For any cash prize of £5,000 or more, the winner must participate in a short video testimonial or similar promotional content as reasonably requested by the Promoter.
7.8. Failure to comply with these promotional requirements may result in the prize being withheld until the requirements have been satisfied.
7.9. Winner information may be published where required for transparency and regulatory compliance.
Claiming a Prize
8.1. All prizes must be claimed by the winner personally.
8.2. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their account information remains accurate and up to date.
8.3. Cash prizes will be paid using a payment method approved by the Promoter.
8.4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility where a prize cannot be delivered or claimed due to inaccurate information supplied by the Entrant.
8.5. Any vehicle transfer process will be completed in accordance with applicable regulations.
Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Promoter shall only be liable for losses that are reasonably foreseeable as a direct result of its negligence or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
9.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
Data Protection & Publicity
10.1. Personal information will be processed for the administration of competitions, prize fulfilment, customer service, and marketing activities in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
10.2. By entering a competition, Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name, image, likeness, and details of any prize won for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across the Platform, social media channels, advertising campaigns, and related media.
10.3. Winners of cash prizes valued at £250 or more must provide a photograph as a condition of receiving the prize.
10.4. Winners of cash prizes valued at £5,000 or more must participate in a video testimonial or similar promotional content as a condition of receiving the prize.
10.5. Winners grant the Promoter a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content across all media formats without additional compensation.
10.6. Requests for deletion of personal data may affect an Entrant’s ability to participate in competitions or claim prizes where the information is required for administration purposes.
General
11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11.2. Any Entrant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions may be excluded from current and future competitions.
11.3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any competition where necessary. Where appropriate, refunds may be issued.
11.4. Competitions operated by Cash Vault Competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Apple, Google, or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated.
11.5. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within the Promoter’s operating jurisdiction.
11.6. Entrants are encouraged to retain a copy of these Terms & Conditions for future reference.
